Who we are
This website belongs to GZ Software, a software development company founded by Guilherme Cavarsan and Enzo Zaia. For anything about your data, reach us on WhatsApp at +55 19 98408-8537.
What we collect
We only collect what you enter in the contact form: name, company, phone, email, services of interest, budget range (optional) and message. We also record when you accepted this policy.
How we use it
We use this data only to reply to you and prepare a proposal. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent and on pre-contractual steps, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018).
Where data is stored
Data is stored in a managed database (Supabase) with access restricted to our team. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes data only to keep the site running.
Analytics
When we measure visits, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you individually. That's why this site shows no cookie banner.
How long we keep it
We keep data while a conversation or proposal is ongoing and for up to 2 years after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, or withdraw consent, at any time. Just reach us on WhatsApp.
